There are two types of polls. There’s reputable polls and there’s partisan polls. The reputable polls aren’t trying to sway anybody to vote a certain way whereas the partisan polls push their bias unto the people polling trying to convince them something is happening that is not. Pollsters sometimes poll immediately after and event such as a debate, or they will wait and conduct and upcoming poll based around its demographic. Polls are a way of the government showing at the time what the people are thinking.

No decision for who becomes president is made the night of. The presidential campaign presses people to announce a decision quickly, which evidently did not happen this year.

What if separate news stations claim separate results (22:00)?

No matter if Fox News claims one thing and MSNBC claims another thing, the results are the results and a final verdict won’t be reached until the first candidate reaches 270 electoral votes.

Is it possible to recall your ballot after you have cast it (25:00)?

It’s not very common, but in a lot of states it is possible to recall your ballot. Trump does this to ensure security in the upcoming election.

The 1920’s government was business oriented as the 1950’s government revolved greatly around what had happened in the New Deal. The Supreme Court is very important when coming to decisions when there’s a schism revolving around the partisan system.
