Why did the votes take so long to count? (4:00)
The votes are counted by people and people make mistakes. To ensure a mistake free voting process, the votes go through various sets of people for every state. Also the mail-in votes for the 2020 election made it take longer than usual.

What’s going on with Trump’s lawsuits? (9:00)
Trump didn’t win the election and is building up a narrative to keep himself in a position of power. The lawsuits are mostly meaningless, but they are getting massive news coverage.

Why was Georgia important in the 2020 election? (13:10)
Georgia throughout American history has been notoriously Republican. The fact that the Georgia vote turned out blue shocked the Trump administration and proved a pivotal point in the election.

What happened in 2018 in regards to former felons voting in Florida? (26:30)
People in Florida who were former felons were not allowed to vote. The Republican legislatures tried to solidify this by requiring them to pay their fines to the state in an ambiguous way. This has since been reformed and it ushered 1.5 million more votes.

What’s going on with the Georgia Senate? (32:20)
The Georgia Senate looks like it will still be dominated by the Republican Party or 50/50. If both candidates don’t make it past 50% they will have a run-off between the two.

Why is Donald Trump’s narrative dangerous? (54:40)
What he is saying about voter fraud isn’t supported by facts. However, he has immersed a huge following without a definitive fact check which puts America’s everyone is equal under court of law ideal in jeopardy.
